What satisfied owners and trainers say:
I noticed that three horses, two older and one 4 year old, were moving better and better each time I came to the stable. The two older horses were becoming more fluid and flexible in their movements. During the trot lengthenings, they were actually covering the ground with longer steps! The 4 year old who previously did not want to move forward and would ball up, suddenly was moving all on her own, was softer in her eye and had a more confident way of going. Something wonderful was happening.
Then I met Kenny Mateer who had been doing the Equine Natural Movements Series on all 3 horses. Knowing that Kenny works on both horse and rider, I decided to have my first Zen Bodytherapy session. When I came home and rode my first horse I noticed that overall I was straighter and was in perfect relaxed balance. My hips were more open, which is important in Dressage, to maintain an elastic seat. I am looking forward to my next sessions and I am sure that the horses are too!
